Step 1) Go to track Step 2) Run with cutouts closed Step 3) Run with cutouts open Step 4) Repeat 2-3 two more times, for a total of six runs Step 5) Average ET and MPH from three open runs vs three closed runs Step 6) Post on tt.net and be a heroIf there is a gain on average across the three runs, you can be resonably sure that the cutouts are helping. If not, a statistician would say you need to look at standard deviation, to determine if your driving does truly suck. Or chassis setup for that matter, not just your driving. You can leave the math to me. You just go do the fun part: run six times, but be absolutely sure to alternate the runs as I specified above, or you won't be accounting for change in weather over the course of the night. Whew! I'm used up after that!
